What is known about the Solixvirus?

Solix will append its extra .Solix extension to the title of each encrypted file. For instance, a file entitled “photo.jpg” will be altered to “photo.jpg.Solix”. Likewise, the Excel sheet named “table.xlsx” will be altered to “table.xlsx.Solix”, and so on.

In every folder containing the encoded files, a pop-up window text file will be created. It is a ransom money memo. It contains information about the ways of contacting the racketeers and some other information.
